If you're looking for an awesome personal trainer, look no further than Joe Bach from Mobile Fitness. I've been working out with Joe for a few months at 2-3 times per week and have seen amazing results in strength, endurance, physique, agility and flexibility. He listened to my goals and is always adapting the training program to my needs. He's also very sensitive to personal limits and abilities - I have a bad shoulder and Joe has worked in a lot of exercises to strengthen my shoulder without further injuring it. As far as the workouts, Joe keeps them interesting, fresh, and challenging. We've never done the same workout twice and (for me) he incorporates all kinds of different exercises from yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp, to crossfit and strength weight training. Beyond just working out at my gym, we've exercised in several parks and met a few times at the Santa Monica Stairs and Culver City Stairs. He's passionate about fitness, but not in the overbearing sense. He doesn't push you outside your comfort level. Also, he's very pragmatic regarding diet, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle, which I really appreciate because it's such a turn off when fitness professionals say you can't do something like go out drinking with friends. Moreover, Joe is very accommodating and overall a super nice guy. I have a pretty crazy schedule he always tries his best to make our sessions convenient for me. He's around more than just during the hour session - I get texts and emails from him with interesting articles to read, reminders, etc. It's clear that he's not in it for the money as often I'm the one who asks him "Don't I owe you a check?" and we're always going over time. I highly recommend Joe if you want to jump start your fitness routine, get quick results, and build good habits. I look forward to every session and feel refreshed afterwards. You can too.
