What are your goals? What does a typical week look like for you? What do you enjoy? How active are you? What types of activities do you do that get your heart rate up and put you into full ranges of motion? What can I do to make your life better? I’m here for you.
Your thoughts and spoken words will manifest into reality once you begin. Then you must stay consistent, positive, disciplined, and tell yourself that it’s worth it. You got this!
Nick’s goal is to listen, teach, guide, encourage, and help you to enjoy the process of creating a better version of YOU through mobility, stability, strength, anaerobic, aerobic, nutritional, and mental development practices.
Consistent, thoughtful, and engaged practice makes permanence.
Nick’s recovered from four surgeries; Labrum tear, ulna nerve damage, brachial plexus nerve damage, and a dislocated pinky. His first rib is in a jar at home due to the brachial plexus-thoracic outlet syndrome surgery. Thats gnarly and pretty at the same time. And, yes, he has fully recovered and is stronger than he’s ever been.
Nick reached this state of being through good nutrition, Olympic style lifting, plyometrics, anaerobic activity, pull-ups, push-ups, medicine ball throws, Kelly Starrett’s -m|wod, meditation, Gray Cook’s Functional Movement, Wim Hof’s breathing techniques, and Brent Pourciau’s training. There are a few others that Nick learns from, but you now have an understanding that creating the best version of himself is a huge goal of his and that he has many more personal records to set.
Nick looks forward to working with you and guiding you through a life changing process. Let’s get you the results that you want.
