Helping people have healthier lifestyles and more energy is what my training focuses on. I love that training allows a way to therapeutically, holistically, and most of all a fun way to recenter ourselves and get our bodies moving the way it is meant to. I focus a lot on functional training directed specifically to your needs. I am NASM certified, Olympic Lifting certified, am a Performance Enhancement Specialist, I also just completed massage school so that I can better facilitate recovery and rehabilitation. I have played competitive organized sports since I was 5 years old but I have also had periods of time where I didn’t workout. I know the struggle! I have worked with many body types and try my best to make training fun, efficient, and as effective as possible. Looking forward to working with you!
