I gained a lot of weight on medication after I had my second child. I experienced depression and and was out of shape. I had a tried a few group fitness classes but found that I was having a lot of pain and re-injured myself trying to keep up. For me, working out with other people was tough because I felt like I was in the worst shape of my life. I found Mobile Fitness Group on Thumbtack. I found it very appealing to work out at my home and get individualized instruction. Yes, it's more expensive than group training, but completely worth it. The prices are actually less than many trainers I researched, especially when signing up for a package. It’s a great benefit to have a trainer come to your home. Joe was very responsive and listened to my struggles and history and then recommended a trainer. I wanted a trainer who was low key and would be sensitive to my past injuries. Michael was recommended to me. From the beginning, I liked his training philosophy, as well as his personality. He was a very good fit. The TRX was very foreign to me and it was great to have Michael demonstrating the exercises and teaching me the proper form. I have been able to master the TRX and develop quite a bit of strength. The exercises he showed me worked many muscle groups simultaneously. After our one hour sessions, I definitely felt I had worked out my whole body. I started to feel more toned and I could see parts of my body visibly shrinking. It motivated me to start moving on the days I wasn’t training, and I started paying attention to my diet more. I've lost a lot of weight. It was the best decision for me to do personal training at my house. I needed that jump start. Joe and Michael are great at what they do and I could not be more pleased with my results. I look forward to the training. The whole experience has been positive.
