Q: Where are you from and where have you lived?

A: I’m originally from San Francisco and I moved to Chelsea, New York two years ago!

Q: What first inspired your fitness journey?

A: I was first inspired by my parents. While I was growing up they always encouraged me to workout regularly and eat healthy! They lead by example and I m grateful for that.

Q: Why do you love to exercise?

A:I love to exercise because it truly makes me feel healthy, happier, and productive. When I exercise it makes all areas of my life better and I am more productive across the board.

Q: What’s the most efficient workout for you?

A: The most efficient workouts for me are definitely interval workouts. I want to get the most accomplished in the shortest amount of time. Interval workouts are not only efficient, but the most effective for me!

Q: Why are you a trainer?

A: I became a trainer because I really enjoy being able to make an impact on others peoples lives through health and fitness. Most of my clients have become close friends through the time we have spent together working towards their health and wellness goals. It’s been amazing the reciprocal relationship of positive influence that I have with my clients and how we each can influence each others lives for the better.

Q: What are you most proud of?

A: I am most proud of my personal success as an athlete in bodybuilding.  No matter what is going on in my personal and professional life I have been able to maintain my goals of being an elite athlete. I am extremely dedicated to my sport and am proud to have become one of the best athletes in the nation.

Q: What style of training do you most use with your clients?

A: The style of training I do with my clients depends on their personal goals. I often mix a lot of cardio in to my clients weight training programs so that they are able to torch their fat the fastest!

Q: What are some of the main things you employ to make your clients successful?

A: To help my clients to be as successful as possible I implement positive reinforcement. I believe people need to reward themselves when they stay on track with their workouts and diet goals!

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in NY?

A: One of my favorite things to do in New York is trying out new fitness classes. Right now I am taking aerial yoga classes and loving it.  I also really look forward to finding time to just sit down and enjoy the beautiful skyline of New York!

Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?

A: Most thing people don’t know about me is that I wanted to be a stuntman growing up. I think, now that I am in New York, I might finally look into taking some classes!
